  • VITA North America reserves the right to decline submissions that are incomplete, unsuitable for fabrication, outside the scope of the promotion, or received after the promotional period has ended.

  • Requested shades are subject to product availability.Fabricated restorations will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days following acceptance of a qualified submission; actual delivery times may vary.

  • Clinical evaluation, case selection, preparation design, material selection, fit verification, bonding/cementation protocol, and final patient treatment remain the sole responsibility of the prescribing dental professional.
